The Camel Trophy and the G4 Owners’ Clubs will be at our Show…

The Camel Trophy Owners club is an active association of enthusiasts, owners, Camel Trophy participants, and anyone interested in the Camel Trophy. The club is truly international with members and events in many countries. Land Rover's involvement with Trophy lasted for eighteen years from 1981 to 1998. Throughout the life of the Camel Trophy, the complete Land Rover vehicle range was used: Range Rover, Series III, Ninety, One Ten, Defender, Discovery and Freelander vehicles all appeared in the distinctive ‘Sandglow’ yellow colour scheme.
The G4 Owners’ Club is dedicated to the preservation and use of Land Rover’s Limited Edition G4 vehicles, as used in the Land Rover G4 Challenge events in 2003, 2006, and preparation for the 2009 events (the 2009 final event was cancelled due to the global recession). The three events made use of Defender, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Discovery 2, Discovery 3, Freelander 1 and Freelander 2, and all put ‘Tangiers Orange’ on the map!
