 The Collection Social Section holds meetings once a month to discuss everything Land Rover (or anything else come to that!) and to plan future events. We meet on the third Friday of the month from about 19:30 to 22:30.(Please note that some of our Friday meetings sometimes co-incide with off-road weekends and there may not be anyone at the M.S.W.M.S. - please contact us to check) We meet at the Merchant Seaman's War Memorial Society, Springbok Estate, Alfold. The entrance is from Dunsfold Road. They have full bar facilities. Children are welcome as we are a family orientated club. If you are coming to our meetings, then you will need to join as a member of the M.S.W.M.S. which will cost you £5 per adult per year. As members of the M.S.W.M.S. the facilities are available to us all year round. To join the Social Section all you need to do is become a Friend of the Collection (click the Contact Us button for details), then come along to one of our meetings. We hold trials, gymkhanas, social and camping events from April to October.
| All our events are set out to be non-damaging (but it does depend on the driver!) and to suit the vehicles taking part. This does not mean we don't get our tyres muddy! The events are held under ALRC and MSA rules. We also hold Green Lane drives which are thoroughly researched and held under GLASS guidelines. |
